Justin Malik launched Optimal Living Daily in December 2015 and this is a spin-off of that podcast, featuring Justin's brother, and this time focusing on health & fitness. He is an entrepreneur and lifelong learner who quit his corporate job in 2013 to pursue something more meaningful.
